45 minute heat building Vinyasa class focused on balance and strength.



Vinyasa meaning “to place in a special way” is a style of yoga where students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. Expect transitions and a continuous flow. Some experience with basic yoga postures is recommended.


 Are you brand new to yoga or are you trying to re-learn the basics so that you feel a little more comfortable jumping into some more challenging classes? Join us in this beginner class where you will learn the fundamentals and the basic poses with plenty of guidance in a comfortable and encouraging environment. We will teach you how to develop a safe and beneficial yoga practice by building a strong foundation allowing you to move into more advanced classes if you choose. Aside from the poses, you will be introduced to yoga philosophy and meditation techniques. No experience necessary, come out and give it a try!! 

Aroma Yin 

Aromatherapy is a form of alternative medicine that focuses on healing the mind and body through plant-derived-aromatic and topical application of essential oils.

Yin is a meditative practice which lengthens the connective tissues surrounding our joints, increases flexibility and restores elasticity. 

Yogis will experience a series of poses and essential oils aimed to relax and restore the mind and body.
